When to make a Will.

Generally if you are 18 years or older and have mental capacity you may make a Will. Whether and when you decides to make a Will is thereafter a matter of choice but is likely to depend  very much on your assets, responsibilities and of course exatly what you want to happen when you die.

Certainly if you are in a long term relationship, or a parent, I would suggest it is better to have a Wll than not. But if you want to have an informal chat just give me a call.
